Apply it in three steps

Clean
Wipe the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Apply above 50°F, out of direct sun.

Place
Peel the backing at a sharp angle, then lay the decal down from the center out with a card.

Peel
Burnish firmly, then slowly peel the transfer tape back flat against itself. Done.
